Darjeeling Tea

Darjeeling is the jewel of Indian tea, often called the “Champagne of Teas.” Its delicate floral aroma and complex muscatel flavour have captivated tea lovers for centuries. Our collection includes the prized first-flush and second-flush harvests, as well as the rare autumnal varieties, each picked with precision and care. Gentle and lower in caffeine, Darjeeling is ideal for calming afternoons while still offering a refined, invigorating lift. We recommended to brew, use water at ~80 °C and steep for 2–3 minutes to enjoy its subtle fragrance and layered taste.

Assam Tea

From the lush plains of Assam come teas that embody strength and warmth. Known for their bold, malty taste and brisk character, Assam teas are celebrated worldwide. We offer both Orthodox and CTC varieties, ensuring a range from everyday blends to refined speciality needs. Invigorating and robust, Assam is a great morning boost, perfect to start the day with energy and focus. For the best cup, we suggest use boiling water and steep for 4–5 minutes to bring out its depth and richness.

Nilgiri Tea

In the high-altitude Blue Mountains of South India, Nilgiri teas are grown amidst cool breezes and fragrant forests. These teas are prized for their clean, aromatic profile. Smooth and versatile, Nilgiri teas strike the perfect balance for both traditional drinkers and modern markets. Known for their brightness and fragrance, they make a refreshing cup any time of day. Brew with medium heat water, steeping for 3–4 minutes, to capture their lively character.

At the foothills of Darjeeling lie the Dooars and Terai regions, where teas are known for their bright liquors and brisk taste. Valued for their reliability and quality, these teas form the backbone of many beloved blends domestically and worldwide. Their brisk, balanced character makes them versatile and satisfying, well-suited for everyday enjoyment. To brew, use medium heat water and steep for 3–4 minutes, bringing out their clarity and strength.
